Linda S. Kalvig, 51 of Crystal Lake passed away peacefully Monday, February 25, 2013 surrounded by her family.

She was born May 24, 1961 in McHenry the daughter of Walter and Margery (Mueller) Schlueter. She married Jeffrey Kalvig on January 19, 1988 in Reno, Nevada.

Linda loved cooking, Karaoke and was full of life. She loved her children and was very active in her church. She was loved by all and will be deeply missed.

She is survived by her loving husband, Jeff, children, Christopher, Jessica and Kaylee, and brother Mark (Cindy) Schlueter.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Diane LaGro and Virginia Baldwin.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday March 2, 2013 at 5:00 pm at the James A. O'Connor Funeral Home, 11603 E. Main Street, Huntley with visitation from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
