Glenda J. Koretos

October 26, 1934 - June 5, 2020

Glenda J. Koretos, 85, of Genoa, formerly of Huntley passed away Friday evening, June 5, 2020, at Advocate Sherman Hospital in Elgin. She was born on October 26, 1934, the daughter of Arthur and Wilma (Mangum) Beaver. Glenda married Deon Koretos on March 17, 2000, in Woodstock, IL. She worked at the Walmart Vision Center for 15 years retiring in 2006. Glenda was a member of the Huntley Seniors Club and the First Congregational Church for many years and was known and loved by all. She is survived by her daughters, Vicki Drake, and Suzy Frazier; daughter-in-law, Cathy Schultz; grandchildren, Jeremy (Amy) Schultz, and Anthony (Djoanna) Stacey; great-grandchildren, Gracie & Haylie Schultz, and Amelia Stacey. She is preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Betty; husband, Deon; son, Larry; and grandson, Jacob. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date due to current restrictions.
