Wade F. "Dutch" Hulke

Wade F. Hulke, " Dutch ", 51, of Hampshire went to be with our Lord on Sunday, September 19, 2021. He was born November 12, 1969, to William James " Jim " and Janet (Ahrens) Hulke. He graduated from Huntley High School in 1987. Dutch had been an owner operator over the road truck driver, working alongside his father, and enjoyed farming, having spent much of his youth at his grandparents’ farm. He was an avid snowmobiler, spending much of the winter traveling north with his friends, his Arctic Cat sled in tow. He loved his family, his children, Kayla and Dylan, and his dog Molly. He enjoyed visiting his friends and family and was always glad to lend a hand and help with a project. He had a quick wit, a keen sense of humor and his quippy comments were never in short supply! He is loved and will be missed by all his family and friends. He is survived by his parents, Jim and Janet Hulke; his sister, Stacy (Rob) Miskewitch; and his children, Kayla and Dylan Hulke. He was preceded in death by his brother, J.R.; his maternal grandparents, Frederick " Fred " and Florence Ahrens; and his paternal grandparents, William " Bill " and Myrtle Hulke. Funeral Services to celebrate Dutch's life will be held at 2 PM on Tuesday, September 28, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 11008 N. Church St. in Huntley. Burial will follow in the Huntley Cemetery. Visitation will be at the church prior to services from 12 Noon to 1:45 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Dutch's name.
